By using this website you accept the terms set down here; if some part does not sit right, the plain answer is to not use the site. Lafayette Porta Potty can revise these terms whenever it must, and staying on afterward means you accept whatever version is live.
Read this as a reference-and-quote-by-phone site covering portable restrooms, handwashing stations and restroom trailers around Lafayette. Nothing here places any obligation on us until we have confirmed a booking with you directly.
Treat every number on this site — prices, unit dimensions, availability windows, turnaround times, and anything the calculator or comparison tool returns — as a planning estimate. The rate you pay and the schedule you get are fixed only by phone, at the moment you confirm.
We work to keep these pages current, but we do not warrant that every figure and detail is flawless or complete, and any of it may be revised without notice.
Everything you see here — the page design, the text, the logo, the photos — belongs to the operator or is licensed to it, and reproducing or reposting any of it takes written permission first.
A few pages embed outside features such as maps that run under their own providers' terms, and those services are their responsibility, not ours.
You take this website “as is” and “as available,” carrying no assurance of any type — express or implied — among them any implied assurance of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent Louisiana law allows, neither Lafayette Porta Potty nor its operator is answerable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or the inability to use, this website. That leaves a rental you have actually booked exactly as agreed.
These terms are governed by Louisiana law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute over this website goes before the state or federal courts serving Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
Anything in these terms that you'd like explained, ask by calling (337) 221-9009. Our reference address, for the record, is 303 Macon Rd, Lafayette, LA 70506.
This page is here to inform, not to give legal advice. Lafayette Porta Potty is the name this website's operator puts on its work.
Carencro to Youngsville and everywhere in Lafayette and the surrounding Louisiana area: a single call lines up the drop, the servicing and the haul-off.
